The Speed Project… Solo

I followed my friend Joachim Cassel as he trudged through the desert from Santa Monica to Las Vegas, taking on the 300ish mile race solo. On day two, he took the lead on a remote off-road section of the race. He took a 30 minute nap in my car before entering segment one of the famous Powerline Rd. Eventually, over night, this effort would catch up to Joachim and he had a rough day three, losing some time to the others. He completed the race in 92 total hours.
